   Can someone explain to me the format here?! Lemelo Ball wins the popular vote and doesn’t end up on the starting team and also left off the reserves? Hero gets picked from 10th! Kyrie is the next highest guard from the west (that isn’t injured, Luka) and doesn’t make the reserves. Am I missing something?
