Big time Kings fan here. Sabonis needs a very specific kind of team to be effective. That Sac team doesn’t exists anymore making Sabonis an undersized center and rebounder and doesn’t play good defense. He needs to go to a team that can utilize his specific skill set. Unfortunately, his contract is not very attractive. LaVine and Sabonis need to be traded even if its just for plug-and-play good role players. I dont think anyone will take those contracts without Ellis in the trade as well.

The effort of Russ crashing these boards is making such a big difference for every game. Even if he’s not getting the rebounds, he’s making a guarantee rebound for most players a 50/50 for his team to be able to obtain the ball. It’s things like this that don’t pop up in the box score that people overlook him

So much standing around on offense. I wanted to like this, but it’s just painful on the eyes. The kings really tried to give it away but the wolves just wouldn’t have it.
