This is why we 💜♤💛 have thee low key top 3 options in tha league…when your 3rd option can demand that much attention gives your first 2 options more real-estate to move in and take better positions to execute plays…this is something that LUKA is gon/ already take’N advantage of…KENNARD is that sniper that’s gon be our RAY ALLEN an he’s jus a pest to stick w/ when he’s on tha court helluva squad win…🫡

Man why post just one commentary team. Use both Magic and Lakers commentary and alternate between quarters. Be better NBA come one other channels do that. SMH

I noticed that sometimes the Lakers would go cold when they don’t score in some periods of this game they’ll lead by ten or eight points but then they stop scoring and the other team would come back, also the Lakers need to play better defense I’m seeing a lot of Magic players that were hitting wide open shots, this game was kind of tight with back and forth leads towards the end of the fourth quarter but at the end the Lakers got the win thanks to Luke Kennard’s 3 pointer to seal the victory.

JJ’s lowkey comments regarding the officiating are spot on. Nobody ever wants to hear Laker fans complain about the officials because there is this urban legend that floats around the league about LA getting all the ref help. Its malarkey. Ive been watching Laker ball since Magic was practically a rookie. The pattern ive seen for decades is that when a star comes to LA to play, they suddenly stop getting many of the calls they used to when they were with their small market team. This is the “parity” effect in action that was started when David Stern was commish.

The number of challenges ive seen that LA has lost where they obviously should have overturned calls is freain ridiculous. The league always finds some way to rationalize their corruption.

That hack on LeBron at the end was so obvious, and is the primary reason why many feel the NBA is corrupt and rigged. That missed call was almost as bad as the famous last second layup attempt against the celtics a few years back where I think it was Tatum that got nothing but forearm on a Bron layup attempt and it wasnt called….Celtics win.

This is a deadly starting five in the clutch. If there’s more close games like these, the opposing team gotta pick their poison now.

I actually very very briefly played for the Magic a million years ago…watching this made me so sad…the inability to inbound the ball at the end of the game (Paolo not catching the ball with strong hands while Carter and T-Rex arms made NO attempt to come to the ball)…the lack of foresight in the defensive scheme at the end where only a 3 beats you (Paolo leaves THE BEST 3 pt SHOOTER butt naked open)…and watching Paolo Banchero NOT be who we know he is capable of being…it is just sad. Congrats to the Lakers on their momentum, their win streak, and putting it together at the right time. As usual Bron flopping and whining for calls that didn’t happen (he really is the kind of dude that repeats the phrase “it isn’t fair!” in his head throughout his life). This summer I plan to catch up with the Magic GM (we grew up together) and see if I can offer Paolo some sports therapy to awaken the monster inside of his psyche.

I love these. I just wish they showed the pre-inbound segments of these SLOB plays down the stretch. Also, would be great to see the refs call(s) on those late game challenges/reviews.

You know that they almost gave the game away but I understand it’s a long road trip and I know that they are really tired they have tired legs they are only human but they are playing so good right now and playing much better defense this is going to carry into the playoffs.
