I mean it is for most players 32 to 33 is were you start to see serious decline happen unless there some kind of specimen and most players “peak” around 28. So yeah in nba terms 30 for most people puts there best years behind them and leaves only a few more seasons of high production. Obviously like I said there’s exceptions to everything but these are generally what happens.
