Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Richard Jefferson and Tracy McGrady play “Make or Miss,” talking about Memphis Grizzlies rookie Ja Morant’s impressive finishes vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves, Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley Jr. doing the opposite of what Von Wafer did, Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid doing a perfect mashup of Dirk Nowitzki and Carmelo Anthony, and Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young having one of the most impressive non-flinches since Kobe Bryant on Matt Barnes. They then (2:38) react to Hawk coach Lloyd Pierce’s comments about his team after their loss vs. the Chicago Bulls.

The kobe not flinching myth is a complete and blatant lie… The ball was not even in his face so why would he flinch? 🤭😂✌️

I love Ex-NBA commentators/analysts like Tracy McGrady and Chauncey Billups, and a few others. They have a way of delivering the straight up and doing it effortlessly without trying to sound to extra or funny or super smart, etc.

Not even close. It wasn’t even directed at him and he did move (from that angle, he might’ve even flinched)
