All love and respect to Monty Williams. Phenomenal job this year. The sportsmanship he showed going to the Bucks’ locker room was special.

Good series. Props to the Bucks. No real player on the Suns that can dominate like Giannis.

Inspirational coach, Your time will come, Patience in the end.

Suggest Coach Monty reach out to Coach Penny Wilkens to gain necessary wisdom needed to get over the hump on the next opportunity

On Monty defense he didn’t play Cameron and Frank because they can’t play defense and they are what many sports analyst would say is they are a liability on defense and inconsistent on offense.

Ridiculous that Monty has to reflect on the entire season in front of reporters at the end with the bucks team loudly celebrating behind him

      What a tough job. 😂

@Stevie Wonders dude just be quiet, it is tough to lose when they’ve come so far

Those Kaminsky minutes were weird. It’s been a long time since he’s played like that. Really hope Monty doesn’t beat himself over that decision. There’s a season worth of film that justified keeping him out of the line-up. He didn’t really earn being out there so much as he seized a random opportunity

I love Monty. I really do maaan… but I blame him more than any player on this squad. I really do. You keepin dudes on the bench that were outscoring dudes on the court, and that just pisses me off. GET AYTON INVOLVED EARLY AND OFTEN IN THE DAMN PAINTED AREA. Everybody else had more rebounds and points than Ayton. That’s insane to me,

This is true, but Giannis took Aytons heart. I think that blocked alley oop really damaged his confidence because I cannot remember one fierce, decisive dunk from DA the entire game. Not one time did I see him demand the ball on a mismatch. Very low energy for a must-win scenario. & he reacted to Giannis’ offense all game instead of forcing him into tough shots. You could see the Alpha in Giannis & the Beta in Ayton

experience wise, the bucks was the more experienced group and the newer guys in the suns team ain’t playing desperately as they should. maybe that’s why he said ‘don’t take for granted it’s hard to get here’. maybe ayton, bridges, johnson and the less experienced guys just don’t have the fire in them to take it for themselves. your star player scores 40 and you lose and they got the stats that they have. it all boiled down to character in the end

If anything, the Suns have the brightest future in the NBA. Let Ayton and Bridges develop into their full potential, drill in some more discipline on both ends for each player, and do the little internal improvements for every game, and you’ll have your team fighting the Nuggets and Clippers for the west for years to come.

Suns biggest mistake is not signing another Big, Monty said that they won’t make a trade if it won’t move the needle

he got outcoached plain and simple on the series, he refused to play players like Cam Payne , Torrey Craig on the second quarter and played favorites even when Paul or Booker got cold.

It seems like Coach wanted it more than the players besides CP3. He and Chris know how hard it is to get 16 wins in the playoffs

    Suns got lucky getting here

Hey you beat the Lakers, Clippers & Nuggets convincingly when no 1 expected yall to do anything. That is a testament to a overcoming adversity & playing a part in swaying odds in your favor. There is some God in this process. Monty a class act and has been though a lot with family & basketball family. He’ll get though this too.

They were favored over Nuggets, Clippers, and Lakers once AD got injured.

Do reporters listen?? He said multiple times, he needs to process this and she’s going to ask him that question…like he JUST SAID 30 times, “It’s hard to process.”

I see why athletes hate media. With that being said, class act. This man is an amazing coach. He will be back

    Suns:
Played Soft defense. No pressure or traps. No offensive plays or off ball movement… Horrible rebounding boxing out. Bad coaching and roster substitution. .. bucks were a bigger and better better team all around than the Suns..
