I believe that people are underestimating how much the Toronto Raptors are missing OG Anunoby. I believe that OG is the real All-Star on the Raptors and the difference maker. Look at the games when the Raptors had OG earlier this season and how good the chemistry was. I think Anunoby, Barnes, Trent Jr, VanVleet is a solid foundation for this team. I also think that Siakam, Dragic and draft picks should be used to acquire a talented Center. I commented on Karl-Anthony Towns in the past but other people don’t see how that trade could happen. In terms of age and talent, a Center like KAT would be an excellent fit for this team. Any talented Centers that any of you guys think might be possible with a Siakam, Dragic and draft picks trade that would be a good fit?

Nahh we should keep pascal. He has been playing decent. Somehow it’s always his fault tho lmao. Trading Dragic at the TDL for Powell or Moses Brown would be out best bet. All we are missing is a big center that can rebound and protect the paint/rim. No need to trade pascal.

Just need Siakam out and chemistry will be back.

I love when Raptors fans get salty. Boston been dominating them in recent years ☘️☘️☘️

      November 28, 2021 at 9:43 pm

You’ve been dominating siakam big difference. Without siakam we trashed y’all.. Siakam is a bum and makes our team the worst in the league tbh

Sorry to burst your bubble but that’s incorrect. Boston never owned the Raptors. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

@Louisse Alvarez the only bubble bursted belonged to the raptors when the Celtics took them out of there 😂😂

We need more pieces, I saw a comment that we’re tanking to get another lottery pick, I hope we do. If Masai pulls another gem like Scottie, we trade Siakam either this year or next and then move Freddie in 3-4 years for more assets, then we go all in on Scottie, Gary Trent, and OG to lead us to another chip

    • Oliver Adam

      November 28, 2021 at 9:29 pm

I’m thinking long term, if you honestly believe Siakam and Vanvleet can lead us to a chip you’re delusional. They are not those guys, they’re 2nd and 3rd options on a championship team at best. Keeping Siakam will slow Scotties development and his potential is way higher than Siakam. We’re not winning with the pieces we have even if we get a big. We need to be realistic here

    • Wavy Brazy

      November 28, 2021 at 9:37 pm

@Oliver Adam you are kinda forgetting they kinda already did. Siakam was averaging 20+ PPG in our championship run and Vanvleet was averaging 15+ PPG. Obviously kawahi helped. But Barnes & GTJ won’t lead us to another championship lol. Our team needs more then 3 decent players.. Come on now Oliver 😂

    • Oliver Adam

      November 28, 2021 at 9:47 pm

And you think Vanvleet and Siakam will? We only won because Kawhi carried us and that was only possible because of two major injuries to Golden State in KD and Klay. I’m sorry but if you honestly believe going all in on Siakam and Vanvleet is going to win us a chip, you’re an idiot. They’re at 80-90% of their ceiling already and they’re not nearly enough. We need to look at finding young talent and developing them, OG, Scottie, and Gary Trent will be a solid core to continue to build around but we need to leverage Siakam and Freddie for more assets to develop while they have value

    • J.R Junior

      November 28, 2021 at 10:00 pm

@Wavy Brazy kawhi just made it easier for Pascal too shine, since all eyes were on him. Plus this isn’t the same team anymore, there going in a different direction.
Pascal just simply doesn’t fit this team anymore.
Plus Fred isn’t that good at the PG spot, he’s better at a spot up shooter type of player.
Long run, dalano is gonna be our starting PG.

    November 28, 2021 at 9:20 pm

The fact tatum took only like 5 shots in 2nd half is proving he’s learning and growing. You know he wanted to force more shots but filled up his teammates instead. Lets go king, you’ll find that rhythm but good passing is always a welcome sight

    • J.R Junior

      November 28, 2021 at 9:57 pm

He’s not that good at the PG spot tbh. He sucks being a PG.

    • Mike Barbosa

      November 28, 2021 at 10:01 pm

@J.R Junior Lowry left Toronto and Van Fleet who’s typically played off-ball with Lowry is now asked to man the helm. Seemed to be doing fine as a Boston fan looking in from the outside and he seemed to have done just fine in this game IMO. I don’t doubt he has some work to do to be efficient at that position but he traditionally has played as secondary ball handling PG/SG.

    • J.R Junior

      November 28, 2021 at 10:04 pm

@Mike Barbosa I know, since Lowry left he’s trying too fill that hole. He’s doing a okay/good job at that.
But future wise he cannot be our PG, that’s not what he’s good at tbh.

    • Zayn Rivers

      November 28, 2021 at 10:54 pm

J.R Junior Fred will develop his playmaking plus if he doesn’t Flynn or even Barnes can play PG as well

  13. Paulo Santiago

    November 28, 2021 at 9:46 pm

Rapz are expecting something from Spicy P that he cannot deliver. ISO players takes big shot and Siakam loves the ISO post plays. Lacks confidence in taking clutch shots. OG is the real deal.. If Masai have traded derozan, spicy p is in big trouble.

raptors have to make a siakam and fvv trade

  15. Chuckmeister

    November 28, 2021 at 9:59 pm

RAPTORS NEED TO TANK AND STOP LETTING FVV AND SIAKAM SHOT CHUCK AND LET THE YOUNG GUNS DEVELOPE.
raptors have to trade fvv and siakam, theyre both 27, and are both inefficient shot chucker’s, ngl there are both good, and somewhat near star level, but there both out of our timeline and high usage, since we losing so much, as a fan i would rather watch flynn, banton, and even bonga doing a bit more of the handling and playmaking. plus we could add another high lottery pick player.

Tatum was absolute dog shit. One of the reason we actually won today. It cause he realized he was dog shit at shooting and actually passed the ball. Take in he only passes when he plays shit. not a good sign. This man has to be traded if things continue like this.

I don’t understand what Nurse is doing with Barnes. Had a great 3rd quarter, then didn’t see the ball until late in the 4th. Most of the time they have him standing in the corner

Siakam is a really valuable NBA player but clearly not a bucket getter type. Use him properly like in 2019 where he feasted when all the attention was on Kawhi.

Whoever edits the videos for the Celtics hates the Celtics. We’re down by 2 go up by 9 and all you saw was Grants 3pt then it’s all raptors for the next 3/4 plays. Then the random brick by Tatum raptor rebound then they score. No need to show the brick but we’ll add that in there instead of the 9-0 run by the Celtics. This happens every video too. Win or lose every video

Its not about trading pascal, he has a lot of value as an off the ball guy and a post up guy? I just think scottie should have the ball in his hands a lot more. He has great vision and strength.

When ever Tatum looks to pass first is when this team is at it’s best.
Tatum draws so much attention when he drives down the middle that’s gonna be there 9-10 times.
When the ball is being spread around it makes players play harder.

Sharing the ball and contributing to make a basket. Good ball handling by the Celtics.

  51. About Time

    November 30, 2021 at 11:23 am

The Raptors have been a poor basketball team since losing Gasol and Ibaka. They have no inside presence. The inconsistency of their players is killing them. They are quickly losing out on the payoff hunt. Tanking is just around the corner. I often wonder what Ujiri and Webster do to earn their huge salaries.

  52. About Time

    November 30, 2021 at 11:31 am

Siakim won the Max contract lottery after one season during their CHIP. Management should have known he scored and played well because he was a role player along side of Kawhi , Lowry, Gasol and Ibaka. On his own he is just an average player with a spin move. His touch around the net with flubbed finger rolls and tips are comical. So the Raps are committed to $32 m a year and increasing for another three years with Siakim and $19 m for Dragic who rides the pine. Two contracts that are garbage. No center since Ibaka and Gasol left. Not looking very good. Tanking again is the only option.
