NBA changed rules in 2010 to allow traveling extra steps ballgathering and no tikitak fouls making it hard for defense to stop the elite players of NBA. So you see 147 points games as the norm now. Kobe scored 81 before this globetrotter scoring game no defense all soft games. … In 2010 After Kobe’s 2nd 3 straight trip to the finals winning 2 of 3 and scoring 81pts one game and basically beating MJ record of 9 games 40 ppg streak, Kobe had 10 the 10th game because Shaq crying to Phil to make Kobe score less, Kobe stopped scoring beginning of the whole 4th quarter on that game. But I count Kobe’s streak 40 ppg was 10 games. After all of this and Kobe winning with no superstar in his team but Kobe played in the deadball era, era with good defense and so all west teams were 50 wins or more from 1st to 8th place yet Kobe scored avg 30 ppg or more in that playoffs with good defensive in a deadball era defense. This is the norm now with soft NBA no defense, watch Luka, SGA, Wemby, Mitchell, Edwards, and I see Steph breaking it before he retires.
