    Candace’s question is pretty easy to answer: expectations are higher on Milwaukee than Miami. No one is picking Miami to win the chip, even though they’ve gotten close in recent years. Bucks were a championship contender in preseason and up to the ASG, but nowadays it’s looking grim for them
