    Heres for the Clippers fans or “basketballl fans” that know more than everyone…

    The official NBA rule states that if a player near their own basket has their hand legally in contact with the ball, it is not a violation if their contact with the ball continues after the ball enters the cylinder, according to the Official NBA rules. This essentially allows players to dunk and not have it be considered goaltending.
