He’s absolutely right. What he’s saying is everyone is load managed, or should be and some kind of load Management program. And load management does not mean “rest”! It means MONITORING, and making the appropriate evaluations and adjustments- which MAY or MAY NOT include rest. This isn’t hard to understand.

He played almost that entire game, and they were up vs Philly. He should have been pulled out, for the next game. But, just to sit just because you have a back to back? That’s some fuckery.

If Stars want to take games off, then those game tickets should be discounted!! I bought tickets to go see Lebron for my son’s bday and guess what?? Load management!!! They want the money of a 80+ game schedule, but dont really want to play those games. Make it 60 games then!!!

load management is garbage… almost all 80s and 90’s and even 2000’s star players avg more than 35 min a game with some even avg more than 37-38 min per game. load management in today’s game is ridiculous especially NBA already stretch the schedules to where there are so few back to back games and extra days when teams need to travel further to another city.

Health appropriate regimen that is all inclusive. At 19 years old and in new, exciting surroundings I personally think [everyone is different].

I think it’s fine he’s playing those many minute in his first season. The more he plays the more he develops. Worrying about injury is something you shouldn’t be worrying about. Players get injured in practice, doing personal activities. I respect Fizdale

load management is something only simulation crews would come up with not real players who went through the grind of the league in their youth

Knicks where being blown out by 30 at half time what if he gets injured in garbage time ?

Maybe Fizdale’s trying to make a point to Trier about how to get minutes from him. I have no idea if Fizdale is a good coach but firing him would make this 100x worse. Nobody competent would want to work here. You could make the argument that is the case now but a little patience please. If this team doubled the wins from last year they would still be 7 games under 500. Expectations are a little unrealistic right now.

Hahaha load management is for star players on PLAYOFF TEAMS

If you’re past you’re prime I get not playing 41, If you’re supposed to be the future franchise player and you’re a rookie 41 ain’t a big deal. Like coach Fiz said, “he’s got tomorrow off”.

Well at some point…the millions spent must be justified….players are products (I suppose) and the management of loads falls into maintenance of said product (again I suppose). I just could never pull that off at home or work or with my kids or dog! Sorry guys papa is off today… Load management…👀

Those people are only undermining because they’re going to jail later. That’s only it. If they weren’t they would be down today

Michael Jordan won 6 out of 6 finals and he never did load management.

LeBrick James got swept in the finals and he always does load management.

I remember when Pop was going to get fined for load management a few years ago.
