   Nichols and McGrady seem to think Jim Boylen was a high school or college coach before getting this job, he has over 20 years coaching experience in the NBA.

   Brian is right, it’s a culture thing. It’s Chicago. Blue collar city, blue collar mentality. Having said that I don’t know how this will have an effect on the players from a basketball sense. Psychologically the Bulls hope that players adopt that ‘work hard’ mentality but as far as I’m concerned, it’s just a gimmick lol
