The Blazers really aren’t an 8th seed, they’re more like a 3-5 seed (they were 3rd last season). A big part of why they underperformed this season (pre-shutdown) was the absence of Nurkic. I won’t say that with Nurkic they would’ve reached the Finals last year, but they probably wouldn’t have gotten swept by the Warriors. Now with Nurkic back they’re a different team and i don’t think it would be that big of a surprise if they eliminated the Lakers.

I love Chuck. He can say stuff without consequence. Whether hes right or wrong doesnt matter, his paycheck dont get any lower. But he has to say stuff to get ratings which he is really good at
