He says he’s not impressed because the Warriors have a depleted roster.
If your opponent is short-handed, you should be dominating them, right? To prove that line up is legit and that’s exactly what the Lakers did.
I’d probably agree with him if the game had been close. That would’ve been a fair argument for questioning how strong the Lakers really are. But when you win by a huge margin, using the opponent’s depleted roster as an excuse to downplay the victory doesn’t make much sense.

Lakers in my opinion (as a Lakers fan) look solid not sure if this is a championship caliber team. Lakers need 2 more big man and another 3 and wing player. Maybe the Rookie Carr can do it. Lakers probably 4-5th best team in the West currently. Kessler underrated tho. Solid pick up they need to to find a way to build around Luka and Kessler. Love Reaves but maybe he’s the next move unfortunately. Unless the other 3 players can pick up the defensive liability that Reaves and Luka are. Though they are willing defenders I will give them that.
