When a player ia shooting, the hand that is holding the ball is considered part of the ball. Only everything below that hand would be a foul. U could try and make an argument for ausars arm grazin allens head, but the hand contact clearly comes 1st, and, because of allens hair, its not clear ausar actually hits his head. It being incidental and being in the playoffs would make it a likely non foul. Hope that helps. Unless u were being rhetoeical…. in which case my bad 😅
