I’m not very familiar with how MVP voting works, and I’m not sure whether the scandal around Kawhi will affect his chances of winning. But let’s say he plays 65 games—what are his chances of winning MVP? If I’m not mistaken, MVP isn’t just about stats. Even though he has great numbers, they’re not on the same level as SGA’s or Luka’s. However, he’s more efficient than both of them and contributes on both ends of the court. Plus, he helped lead the Clippers from 6–21 to above .500.

When the ref blew the whistle, it was 0.1 but they have it at 0.4 when Mathurin was shooting the freethrows. It should have been over when Mathurin intentionally missed the 2nd ft. Clippers almost got robbed of a win.
