    Dont need expansion, can easily relocate a few franchises that dont deserve a team. Memphis, Charlotte, Sacramento

    Seattle returning is an amazing move for the NBA. On the other hand, Las Vegas is not my favorite choice. Vegas feels really boring, too many teams moving there lately.
