     Litterly u can only call a carry if you dribble again, its literally impossible to call without dribbling after the “carry”

     Carry is an interruption in your dribbling, then continuing to dribble. He never dribbled again. So, if anything, you’d be examining his steps after gathering to determine if he traveled.
