  its an absolute meme. Ace who? The “Ace” who had a fluke season with some of the Greatest Swedish Players ever (Sedin Twins) then busted out of the NHL one Greedy Contract Year Later? Oh and not to mention hes only an Analyst cause he’s one of the few African Players ever who has blamed Racism on his past failures on the Ice.

Treliving should go and take Berube with him. They need a no nonsense GM that hates the current teams make up. Matthews has done nothing in the playoffs or any other must win game. He simply is not a pressure player. Continuing to build a team around him is suicide. He is not a leader. He has zero heart. Zero will to win and he can’t drive a line. The team desperately needs a real leader on the ice. Matthews is no leader.

Why is everyone bent on Panarin, best player on team for last 7 years….Some Ranger fan have that Dolan mentality…….Crosby..Ovechkin. Matthews,..list goes on and on …all top players kept by their team…watch Rangers fall right off the board….management is sickening…trade everybody……and get a 5th rounder

Panarin is 34 years old and he`s declining. He has never had a good playoff performance. I really don`t know exactly why a team would want him for more than a rental. Any NHL team that gives him a deal with term will regret it very soon.
