Remember the 2016 Hall of Fame joke : Yao made a fade away and said “Nice shot” in which Yao replied : “Thanks my Brother”

I hope people watch this and realise how far the game has come. The shooting, talent, ball movement, pace all better today. That doesn’t mean that this is not good basketball. It’s juts how any sport evolves

The long range shooting is better today, but the ball handling/footwork is not. Players are consistently taking 3-4 steps without dribbling while going to the basket now

@mrdisagreeableanytime someone try’s to say that today’s NBA is better.. especially after analyzing this video… they’re tryna push an agenda… saying a lie with confidence hoping people will accept it

What a trash comment… look at the sets and offense.. its a different game.. inside out… hook shoots… drop steps.. footwork of the big men..

lmao there is no real defense in the NBA right now. Also, officials are not calling traveling and carries anymore. EZ mode these days.

This was the game Shaq realized that Yao Ming was the real deal. I really wish Yao was able to stay healthy though.

2003 was literally the first year that I actually started watching the NBA as a 12-year-old kid. Those were truly the best days of the NBA. The Lakers were 3 times back to back to back champions. Michael Jordan‘s last year playing professionally. Tim Duncan was League MVP and Finals MVP. Duncan was a monster in 2003
