   Money has to be out of politics immediately. Bribed politicians are destroying the country. they should be given the death penalty. It’s treason in my opinion

   For mashburn:
   There’s people whose brains are wired differently. They get a rush when they win. They also, sadly, get a rush on a near-win even though they lose. They get addicted to that rush. That “almost” feeling.

   Also, a lot of people are struggling. Think of this almost as a side hustle. Instead of paying for groceries with Uber driving money you’re hoping to hit a parlay to do it. Late stage capitalism

   I fully understand that this is a bad look for college basketball, but the line “for those of us who revere the purity of this game” is funny considering the history of scandals, cheating, and ncaa violations that have long been associated with college basketball.

   One thing I always detest about sports media in these situations is their inability to take responsibility for their actions. Turner Sports, as partners with both DraftKings and FanDuel for advertising during all their sports broadcasts, should be held accountable. However, they never address this issue in any of their segments.
