Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson have been named the Kia NBA Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Month, respectively, for games played in December.

Here comes the SGA hate by default. Should be shooting more free throws than luka flopcic and actually contributes to winning rather than caring about his stats like Jokic and Luka. SGA is the best player in the world right now and Giannis and Wemby are the only other guys in the conversation. Jokic and Luka are flopping stat padders and cones on defence while Shai is one of the best 2-way players. Trust me if shai played during blowouts in 4th quarters and cared about his stats he’d be averaging 38/7/10. People saying Jokic is better only look at the stats and twitter posts on a few clips of shai getting fouled and when jokic and luka do it people don’t care. Anyone that disagrees genuinely does not know ball.

Jokic fans are the worst. They don’t actually care about the Nuggets, they only care about Jokic’s individual awards. When he went down off of an injury, his fans were like “oh no, the MVP will now go to that flopper in OKC” instead of worrying if the Nuggets would still win without him.
And they are always in OKC’s social media pages hating on Shai.

Player of the month should have been Khawi Leonard. He took his team to 6-0 win for the last 6 games and averaged almost 40 ppg for those 6 games, plus was playing elite defense at the same time
