Wemby doesn’t “take flight” when you can touch the ring without jumping. You can’t be compared to air travel😂 He lives in the skies

Now *THAT’s MORE LIKE IT!* Y’all made up for that super-lame opening night Top 5 disaster.
    *VJ Edgecombe’s record-breaking debut:*

In the season-opening game against the Boston Celtics, Edgecombe delivered a performance that put him in the NBA history books.

He scored 34 points in the Sixers’ 117-116 victory, setting a new franchise record for the most points by a rookie in their debut. The previous record was 30 points by Allen Iverson in 1996.

His 34 points were also the third-most by any rookie in an NBA debut, trailing only Wilt Chamberlain and Frank Selvy.

Edgecombe outscored LeBron James’s rookie debut performance in 2003, and even broke James’s record for most points scored by a rookie in a single quarter.

The rookie’s performance included seven rebounds, three assists, and a steal.
