From a purely unbiased perspective, Lakers have the advantage of recruiting to California. Lakers absolutely won the 2000s with Shaq and Kobe. Celtics have been able to do more with less but Lakers have more success in recent years. I’m not one who disregards the bubble championship and I think that 2020 lakers team was excellent. Celtics 2024 chip was dominant, no matter who wants to disregard it. Celtics seem to have better front office direction since drafting Tatum and Brown but we also have yet to see how Luka plays out, could very well lead to a chip with the right team around him. Hard to argue against the Lakers having the advantage in the debate honestly.

Interesting video. Liked Joe’s response that he finds each player’s comfort level and works to establish a good rapport with each player. Jaylen seems like he’s motivated and ready for the challenges ahead. It will take awhile to develop team chemistry. Go Celtics🍀
