And alot of the time the players hand may not be touching the ball which means they are not in possession of the ball. Where I’m from we call that a 42 fake. Damn, young bull got handle bars like a ebike. Leaving kids with broken like that is crazy work frfr

The rule is very vague. Not just hand under the equator of the ball. It’s a carry of the “ball is at rest” for instance. Or moving the ball from one point to another before dribbling. Not clear at all. It used to be called differently than it is today. Makes defending much harder, but that’s what they want is more scoring.
