I gave this video I dislike. There is no evidence for us to judge the decision making of the owners of nba teams. Come back with hard evidence, then make these statements. Without any evidence, there is no point Steven A is making

You should be hired if you’re good. Doesn’t matter what race you’re.

80% of Americans are white so you’re going to have more whites in position, you’re racist SAS, no doubt about it. Imagine if a white person was to talking like that, the amount of pressure he would end up in about him being racist.

More crying from a group that has only hurt itself. In another 20-30 years when American Asians and Indians gain majority political control in the US Blacks are going to miss the pandering and accommodations whites were giving to them; after those demographics gain control all special treatment is going away.

You shouldn’t HAVE to interview anyone because of their color. If I was FORCED to interview someone I would certainly not hire them if they weren’t my choice.

When you don’t interview minorities then obviously YOU ARE interviewing people because of their color.

Nepotism and racism still bar the door in executive positions. Black folks were barred on the fields for decades. Merit eventually broke down the barriers. Let’s not act like discrimination is something foreign to recent sports history. Gentlemen’s agreements and such are not myths. Folks just need a chance to compete. The gatekeepers control the game and its rules. They are not always fair actors according to history. The rules are not clearly delineated in the executive suites where merit is trumped by the old boy network. The genesis of these issues are societal not merely league specific. The playing field was rigged from the beginning. Change is slow when folks like the status quo.

Once again Stephen A Smith, babbling again. I just wondering do these bro black babblers know what a resume is? I get it me as black men want to see a black person be a gm or the men running the show, but I rather see my bulls make a smart hired not emotional hired, cause these pro black babblers screaming and whining treating to throw the fest up. It like hiring a cat to do k-9 dog duties.
