I am from Europe and dont understand why Utah is so problematic to go to play. Bailey will make tons of money and play in the strongest basketball league. Who could wish for more? Why Utah is belittled???

It’s nothing to do there no night life, Utah is mostly white it’s viewed “rasict” by most in the NBA its a “small market” so its hard for players to get sponsors or endorsements

Utah is notorious for tanking and anyone who plays there has limited opportunities for actually playing for a championship, especially since players will get DNPed to avoid accidentally playing well enough to win.
Horrible culture for any young player who goes there

Thereβs an odd religious sect there thatβs strict on alcohol. Doesnβt have a big party town reputation. That doesnβt really matter if youβre a serious athlete you canβt be a drunk and be successful

He didnβt do himself any favors this off-season. I donβt know for sure if he does not want to end up in Utah, but bottom line if he goes and works out for Philly, thereβs a higher probability of them taking him.
