Haliburton wasn’t even the leading scorer on the team this year, it was Siakam. They want Hali to be a different player than he is.

Hali is literally hitting games winners in the finals. Clearly the sensitivity doesn’t matter

Yall are literally proving his point

Talking heads is primarily referring to those who have 0 to minimal experience playing actual ball and no business in actually criticizing the players who are actually playing. Granted, media and spins will happen so Hali needs to tune them out, Magic is spot on.

ESPN is a circuis filled with clowns

Sad that they still can’t admit Hali is a superstar. Jason Kidd and Steve Nash were pass-first guys but the media called them superstars. Make it make sense.

This is why I don’t watch this clown. Every time he says some bs against pacers or Hali he goes off the next game . Exactly why yo knicks ain’t in the finals

I guess First Take crew don’t read all these comments. I hardly see anyone supporting First Take Crew. You guys really need to step up. My opinion though.

Dang, this just sounds like they’re trying to break Tyrese down mentality and emotionally bcuz they don’t want the Pacers to win. Stephen A punk and Magic whack for that. Hate when the media wants/tries to put a muzzle on a sports athlete. Hali is 100% correct, all these idiots didn’t even give the Pacers a chance and now they look stupid and now they’re trying to protect their “reputation” by coming after Hali for telling the truth. ESPN is trash for running this. SAS trying to use former players to back his point is weak. Lou Williams admitted he didnt know what he was talking about and said he was wrong so what can’t you SAS???

Can I just have a 1 on 1 debate with Stephen A about Tyrese being a Superstar? Mind you, this is the only thing I have EVER disagreed with him on

  22. @DamonAlston-u9o

    June 12, 2025 at 11:17 pm

Sensitive? How ?the man literally just said he don’t care bout what anybody says & he said he’s two wins away from a nba champion he’s already focused

  23. @sinferious

This segment is what he’s talking about.

I’m so confused. Where was he ranked in a list of players that makes him overrated?? Are people saying he’s a top 10 player?? He’s expected to be the best player on a team with no top players, but a complete team. Doesn’t mean he’s as good as Jokic or ANT.
