@@jaylen805 a carry, is when you suspend your dribble.. a carry is not ONLY when the hand goes under the ball.. that is simply ONE WAY to suspend your dribble.
Luka, Trae, Ja, and others ALSO carry.. im not singling this dude out.. but this is a carry every time..
Cavs PG did this same move in a game and one time the refs didnt call it, another time they did.
