Watching KD match up with Bron it almost felt like he was embarrassed to do more than he did. I ve never seen Bron struggling both ends 1v1. He s the only guy at that time that could make Bron look stupid. He was so dominant so unstoppable KD was in his prime at his peak but bcuz it was at Golden State ppl tend to diminish it. For me during those 2-3 years he was the best player in the league. And it made me wonder what the narrative would be if KD was a bit more lucky with OKC and well build with right pieces and went to the finals at least 4-5 times playing against Bron. There could have been a debate

This was the best time in American history. Obama was leading the nation everyone was proud to be American. A stark contrast to America today if you think about it. I miss these days.

Steph crying at the end of the 4th championship might be my favourite sports moment ever. No one thought he could lead a team on his own, everyone doubted him. Finally proving everyone wrong, getting that finals MVP. Having watched him for a decade…I can’t imagine how much he needed that, even if he never said it out out loud. Truly one of the greats.

As a Bay Area kid surrounded by Laker fans growing up I wouldโ€™ve never imagined a Warriors dynasty let alone be lead by a shoot first 6โ€™2 point guard. What a time to be alive.

Incomplete without 2016 and 2019. Just because they lost in the finals doesn’t mean don’t include it. It’s still part of the context.
