   Oblique tears strains pulls happen very easily
   Especially when u take contact
   Contort ur body the opposite way and finish at weird angles
   Can happen vertically laterally ect
   It should happen more often an probably does
   But players don’t realize bc it’s just tender or soar and they play through a multitude of nagging injuries
   Throughout the entire season

   My favorite oblique, is an oblique kick. Kick that mf knee all the way inside out. Idk why they call it that, but it is a fantastic way to defend yourself regardless of size.

   To protect the obliques you gotta do side raises and torso twists with light resistance.

    Don’t forget that before the season started, Shaq was adamant that the Bucks were better than the Knicks saying that Giannis and Dame were better than anything the Knicks had.
