The Indiana Pacers defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 126-112. Pascal Siakam led the way for the Pacers with 21 points and 5 rebounds, while Tyrese Haliburton added 8 points and 11 assists in the victory. Luguentz Dort tallied a game-high 22 points for the Thunder. The Pacers improve to 44-34 on the season, while the Thunder fall to 52-25.

Tyrese Haliburton totaled his 714th assist of the season, passing Mark Jackson (713 in 1997-98) for the most assists in a single season in Pacers franchise history.

    Thank you Pacers, coming from a Nuggets fan. We are gonna take first place back tomorrow. And Minnesota is getting blown out by Phoenix right now as we speak. Half a game advantage for the Nuggets. Sorry, Thunder and Timberowolves, but I really dont think the Atlanta Hawks are beating us in Denver tomorrow night. Dont count on it.

    Kobe talked about NBA players missing games and how it negatively impacts the sport. Seems like OKC is tanking for a reason, trying to avoid certain teams, smart or cowardly? Don’t know.

    Funny listening to commentators who don’t know anything about the other teams bench make random comments like, “This Williams won’t shoot from outside, but he’s a great screener.” Jaylin Williams shoots more from deep than Myles Turner per 36, and at a better %.

    TJ McConnel has been doing this all season, guys! The Pacers bench went on a run that swung the game from 10 down to 10 up in the first half. It’s hard for me to really keep track of the whole league, but TJ has to be in the conversation for 6MOY, right?!?

Maxey turned 24 today and reached 5K career points, all with the 76ers. He becomes the youngest to reach this mark in franchise history, previously was Allen Iverson (24 y, 158d).
