People forget these are all NBA players. Regardless of who plays and doesn’t, they are pros playing against teams. It doesn’t matter how you win, a win is a win. There’s no barely winning nothing. They are NBA players that get paid to play hard regardless of what team

For teams like the Lakers and even Kings, you are going to get passed up soon by the Blazers. They have a lot of young talent and a bunch of picks. I love the Nuggets but damn the West is full of promising young teams.

Anyone else notice what a nice game Gillespie had?

I hoped Michael Porter Jr. would take over vs. Portland without Jokic and Murray. Instead he acted like he didn’t want to be out there both offensively (12 pts) and defensively. The amount of plays that Porter Jr. gets burned by below average players or just stands there watching offensively in this highlight package alone is embarrassing, more so considering his contract. If he put in half the effort guys like Aaron Gordon and Braun do he would be a potential all star and the Nuggets would be unstoppable rather than clawing out a win vs a team trying to lose (regardless of who else played).

AARON GORDON!! Ths Man stepped up, carried this team on his back, and showed all NBA fans that this is why the Nuggets will repeat

Also Braun played a big game. This team is just fun to watch, no matter who’s playing. Malone is doing a great job

First of all, with Gordon, MP Jr and KCP all playing big minutes, there is no excuse for them almost losing to a team of rookies. Their interior defense was god awful. They have zero quality bigs off the bench and just about any of the starters going down before or in the playoffs will be the end of their back-to-back title hopes.

This game was so fun, I love the Nuggets, glad they won, but damn did those rookies play their hearts out. Hungry and scrappy 👏

People say Joker is MvP because without him the Nuggets would be a G league team but they just beat the 14th seed without him.
