That’s because this is the best roster he’s ever been surrounded with like I’ve been saying.

” A LeBron James team.” people are delusional. You team up with a player like A.D. a player who was ascending to be a number one player, even better than Bron himself, and people act surprised they’re winning. Tfoh, with that bs. Shits hilarious.

It’s true, last year the mentality was low-key mostly an experiment of “how quickly can a rookie team be raised into championship contenders.”
Answer: Even with LeBron, not fast enough. So they ditched that in the AD trade and went for “we want talent and hunger and experience to win it NOW.” So they went with proven Championship caliber players (LeBron, Rondo, JaVale, Danny Green), and raw talent and hunger like AD and Dwight Howard (who got a chance to shine because Boogie got injured, so he was perfect because he was also a highly skilled, ring-hungry power forward like Boogie). The other pieces like KCP and Caruso are there, also hungry and talented, but mostly because right now under LeBron’s leadership they are playing their career best. Like it was mentioned already, and very accurately, Kuzma is literally the X-factor for the Lakers. He must have shown LeBron something special for him to have been kept, maybe even in Kuzma pushing LeBron to defend he won a bit of LeBron’s respect. IMO, Kuzma will develop into another mamba, and even now he’s shown he can strike deadly when it’s time to finish the opponent off. Save this comment for the playoffs boys, hands down Kuzma WILL be the one to take critical buzzer beaters / game winners.

Lakers my team but they have flaws. They need some more 3 point shooting. Against good defense their offense get a bit stuck on only having LeBron and Davis to go through. Yes good options but against clippers they will need a strong 3rd options.

Lebron finally has a team that can actually make shots on a regular basis. His APG will prove that at end of season.

Brian Windhorst has been hating on the Lakers ever since AD requested his trade. Now he has NOTHING to say.

Vogel is easily the 2nd best coach LeBron has had. Maybe it shouldn’t be a surprise the Lakers are playing as well as the 2012-2013 Heat, at least for the regular season (though I fully expect them to at least get to the WCF).
