    I feel like in NBA coach during the game = team captain, his decision is final n shld run by his play.
    Outside the game make tactics all the xs n os, n mental support.
    So great coaches mean his decision is always right at the right time during the game n inspires his players outside the game.

    Shaq, is right Phil, Pop and Kerr are not great coaches. they had guys on their teams that gave more and had better talent. Give those coaches the Knicks and see what they do.
