Refs took the game with call on ticky tack questionable foul off the ball with 5 seconds left… ridiculous call in light of all the contact during the game-!plus Randle got pushed before that shot while dribbling … should have been a foul call if we are calling ticky tack fouls!

Once again the Knicks fall short,They played very well in the fourth quarter but I feel like it was a 50-50 for the reasons that they lost.Number oneIs that I feel like Julius Randle in the rest of the team shouldโve been more cautious of the plays they were making, and number two I feel like this game was poorly Officiated on the Knicks side

Knicks fans complaining about the refs are hilarious. Clearly Randle not just shoves but rides Harris out of the key with a push in the back. Okay, maybe you want to say you don’t call that late in the game, but it’s a blatant foul, so I think you call it. Randle shouldn’t have lost track of Harris, which allowed Harris to get into good rebounding position. Next, nobody is talking about Randle’s shove off on Tobias for that game-tying 3 in the corner. Again, blatant push off, but no call. To me, there was no controversy in this game, just whining fans who wanted the review, which wouldn’t have been overturned anyway. Oh, and I really hope Randle keeps complaining after every call, because soon the refs will indeed turn against him personally. This game was crazy, with both teams hitting clutch shots just when they looked out of the game. The Sixers played like crap at times, and the Knicks played like crap at times, and I give credit to the opposition on those occasions. The refs never call a perfect game. And calls should never be even — that’s stupid: one team will always foul more than another team. I thought this was a well officiated game, and the Sixers had a little more luck than the Knicks. Randle’s final shot could have easily dropped, but it didn’t. Game.

The Knicks announcers were really salty this game. They kept prefacing all their comments about Harris with “So, if you wanna be an All-Star….” Now, I realize Harris screamed “I’m an All-Star” when the Knicks came to Philly, and Tobias did have a monster game that day, so I would have taken that shit personally too if I were on the Knicks or a Knicks fan. And this game, Tobias was easily the worst player on the floor, with turnover after turnover after turnover. He was throwing up bricks and just playing bad basketball. He even choked two late free throws and didn’t foul Randle in the corner when he should have. Yet, the game ended with Tobias making a clutch 3-pointer and hitting two big free throws. So, he salvaged that game for us — not exactly redeemed his shit play.
