If you look at the Knicks line up, you would not thought of a playoff especially at the beginning of the season. Give coaching and the players a lot of credit for stepping up. I just really thought that Knicks FO didn’t go hard enough on February to reinforced this team (except getting DRose), then Robinson was out unfortunately. Not that Robinson can change that much but they lose some depth. Good run tho. would be interesting who they’ll get in FA.

You could tell after game 3, once Tibs knew they couldn’t beat the Hawks, he tried desperately to up the physicality and try to win playing “bully ball.” Instead the Hawks accepted that challenge and didn’t allow the Knicks to push them around showing them, the league and the fans that they’re not so soft.
Their defense continues to get better as the season progresses. If the Hawks can continue making outside shots and getting to the free throw line they can definitely play spoiler in the next round.

All the people who go to Yankees, Knicks , Jets/Giants games don’t know a thing about sports or have any respect. Maybe about 5% know. Only the Rangers have great fans. I think the off season move the knicks should make, is trade Obi Toppin and a 2nd round pick to the Cavs For Darius Garland, Thats gives you a 22yr old combo guard who has all star potential and could easily give you 20+ points and 7+ assist a game.
