Perk saying Rudy and the rest of the Wolves didnt play well last night so he is justifying their loss to the Spurs, so what did he think Game 1 was for the Spurs? They didnt play well and lost. The same excuses he making for Wolves here can be said about the Spurs in Game 1. All these people on these shows dont know what the hell they are talking about they are just entertainers with a script.

after years of the media trying to split up JB and JT. After years of questioning who the team belong to. JB finally got a chance to be THE guy and he excelled. He answered every question. Now yes he loss after leading 3-1 fine. You can argue that his timing couldve been better but look at the player and not the team. its HIS favorite season because he got to prove without question that he is an all star player and can lead a team. He didnt have to defer to JT and as a result averaged career highs in near every stat. I’m not gonna make the argument that JT coming back may have interrupted their flow down the stretch because i think that’s silly but i cant act like i dont understand why the guy thats always been labeled 1B or Robin finally got the chance to be the guy. Because lastly assuming they keep the team as a whole and JT is healthy JB’s numbers will undoubtedly fall and he will likely get slotted back to the 1B. If nothing else this an audition for every other team that yes JB is a top 10-15 player in this league.
