He was in the same shell as he needed to be for Cruz, no where near as loose as he was against Tank. Love Roach man but this made me sad ๐Ÿ˜”

Best head movement, is footwork. You got to continuously move.

Didnโ€™t invest in the body. My American fighters sometimes forget this. Mexican fights are built through surviving headshots. The body is a pillow

Let this fight be an example of just how good Shakur Stevenson is. Shak pasted Zepeda.

In all fairness Lamont roach didnโ€™t have the luxury of a half a foot in reach advantage like Crawford had his whole career

So this advice doesnโ€™t work in this situation

Lamont roach had it harder because he was at a reach disadvantage and he couldnโ€™t just hide behind a significant reach advantage and play prevent defense while making Zepeda have to take risks to get in range and get off

Shakur stayed in the pocket and still defended everything zepeda was throwing at him

Roach didnโ€™t do none of that, because Zepeda didnโ€™t allow him to, with the relentless pressure, foot work and volume punching, Roach just could set anything in there. Credit to Zepeda and his corner.
