Anson Carter is clearly still salty about getting called out for calling Russo a racist. He’s had a lot of bad takes but that was the most insane one.

Am I the only one who hears disappointment in their voices over Minnesota’s win? What’s wrong with you guys? A prime example of The State of Hockey Paradox in the media. Go Wild! 💪👍💚

Yep, Wild beat a Stars team without two of their top six in the lineup, a 6,8 defenseman that didn’t play like one, a team that looked like they were playing regular season and not playoff hockey and still had competitive games. Good luck with a WELL rested Avs team that has more talent, grit and health than the team you just played, IN THE SECOND ROUND. If you make it past them I sure hope you win the cup because due to this playoff structure you would have beat the best regular season teams already ahead of you.

It was really just one of their top six for most of the series, and Minnesota was missing 1 of its top six and its top hitter(top hitter in the NHL) for multiple games too, and those were the only games they lost… take that into account.

As a Stars fan, Wild deserved it. Say what you will but Stars inability to score 5on5, and their inability to just play at the level they needed to be cost them the series. They just didn’t have it this year unfortunately.

As a Panthers fan, Minnesota is my fun team to watch this playoffs. Doesn’t hurt to have two former Cats in Tarasenko and Sturm. Rooting for them, good job!

I don’t know what is it, but I always felt like Markus should be the captain of the team. He gives the vibe of alpha-male on the ice and shows a different level of energy compared to Spurgeon. I can be wrong, but this is how I feel.
