if anything the car is letting him down, he has way more talent than anyone on the road courses, the fact the toyotas were catching him at the end proves ths Trackhouse cars are garbage.
When it comes to the road courses, he has the most experience out of all the drivers, he is a 3 time champion for road course racing. I can guarantee you he is being held back by the car more than anything else. To say it from a different angle. Elite road course driver winning in a B-tier equipment with A-B tier crews.
