This matchup will be one remembered for ages… the teams are almost evenly matched. OKC just found a superstar in AJ Mitchell… then the Spurs have an entire bench finally healthy and playing together.
If anyone watched the Kings vs Warriors series back in 2023, they should’ve known that Fox would be a great fit anywhere, but especially for a young rising team in the Spurs.

Wolves proved they are the most physical team in the NBA not named the Spurs. Respect to their effort. Wolves match up great against teams like Denver and OKC, and I think we would have met in the WCF if seeding was different.

Too much talent on the T-Wolves team for them to lose like that. They need to play more team ball, better team ball with better plays and with better discipline. It’s not about needing more talent on the team. It’s about better coaching, planning, organizing and developing a plan of attack. Finch just lets them play 1on1 ball WAY TO MUCH, where too many shots are forced and aren’t good looks. Period. The only reason they got as far as they did is because of talent but they were limited to that extent by their inadequate coaching. The answer for this team to make more progress is about COACHING IMPROVEMENTS and HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TALENT. The T-Wolves are plenty talented.
