The NBA should create a panel of judges to review each call or each possible flop. For each possible flop, they should fine 5% of their annual salary and increase double for every time they flop more than five times.
Goaltending only counts when the ball starts going down. From the slow motion, you can clearly see that the ball was still going up. So touch the rim or not, it was a block.
