Letting Kyrie walk would be a major mistake for the Celtics – Jared Dudley | First Take

Published

Jared Dudley says NBA teams need at least two superstars to compete for a championship, and if the Boston Celtics were to let Kyrie Irving walk in free agency without making a serious offer, they could be a mediocre team for years to come.

Kyrie is the great finisher in basketball history under the rim, when moving to his left, and then to his right on Wednesdays in august at 1:33pm CT.

for god’s sake he’s 27, it takes time, there are number 1 guys in the NBA who have been failing for years but have been given another chance, he will learn.

I don’t understand, if Kyrie can’t win in Boston, what makes you think he can go to new York and win there? That’s even harder.

Maybe the Bucks are a Championship team. The Celtics are neck and neck with Toronto and 76ers.

“LETTING KYRIE WALK A MISTAKE” vs. He’s an unrestricted free agent ?
It’s all good bruh. Jared Dudley is a great analyst. Poor take this time. If he was RESTRICTED and asked the Celtics not to match an offer? They refuse? That’s not letting him walk. This summer……if that dude don’t want to play for you there’s nothing you can do about it. ABSOLUTELY nothing.

When he was younger, he had a more traditional diet. I wonder how has veganism changed him as an athlete both mentally and physically. He seems a lot skinner now. Can anyone speak to how diet changes your mood and the way you perform in your profession? Short term it was great but what about long term?

If this was Rucker Park I’m taking Kyrie or KD first overall. However this the NBA, Boston better off without him.
