Victor Wembenyama is overrated if you ask me. Don’t get me wrong, he’s insanely talented, he has carried both my fantasy team and my Stake parlays alot of times over the last two seasons and for that i thank him. But the way the media talks about him, you’d think he’s already won multiple MVPs and rings 😅 meanwhile Brunson has actually dragged a team to the Finals and somehow still gets less respect, crazy.
He’s limited in terms of what he can do, but he does those few things very well. His help defense is miles ahead of anything he does on offense. I don’t think his on ball defense is very good, as evidenced by Kat taking him to the rack virtually at will.
