I’m excited to see how good this Nets backcourt can be, Egor and Mikel look like a great combo.
Might be time to invest in a new Nets jersey for me, just gotta decide on a #0 or an #8…… might end up with both. 😀

Mikel The Best PG out there Mane he made Acuff look like a baby out there , the only time he scored was when the 3rd string got on the floor. We all saw them one on one went down. Mikel torched that boy. Too big too fast too smart too good just better

The nets gonna keep that same energy on defense when the season starts. Cooked the kings right out the arena and as you can see they took that first loss to the kings personal. Good all around game today from the squad let’s keep it going

I’m glad the Nets drafted Mikel Brown. He fits the scheme better. Nothing against Acuff, he’s a good player but Mikel is more dynamic and team friendly.
That boy Sharp on the Kings is a sharpshooter (pun intended).
Nets did a great job of converging on ball handlers (pause) and disrupting passing lanes to cause turnovers that convert to fast breaks.
In the regular season they should be young enough to push the game’s pace.

It’s just Summer League, but the Nets defense has been insane. They’ll completely shutdown teams for 5-10 minutes straight. And are able to convert on those stops damn near every time because of the stellar playmaking

Kings rookies minus karaban looks good but damn no defense ..nets scoring easily .. karaban not fit for nba you need athleticism and defense if your not a lights out shooter

Enough with the Nets should have drafted Acuff. He’s not a Jordi kind of guy where Brown is and works well in his system. Acuff will be good for the Kings and Brown was perfect for the Nets just leave that as it is.
