So kenny wants him to sell his business for less? Or did he want it to stripped away from hkn? It sold for record numbers because the league is in a good financial spot .sorry it’s not doing worse lol

Y’all gotta stop lol the only thing they NBA should be able to prohibit him from operating as a franchise. A board should have to vote him out. And he can sell his team for whatever the value of the team is. Of course he was wrong but you can’t take peoples money for hurting feelings.

Sarvers watching this probably giggling that they are still talking about him. He’s probably on a yacht parked outside his house getting a sun tan.

There should have a cap on franchise value . This is like the racist cop who kills someone and collects his pension and a go fund me account to cash out when he or she walks

I guess the “punishment” is losing out on the future value of the team. Sure it sounds like getting 10x your investment isnt a punishment but he knew the value of an nba team could only grow. I like the idea of getting back your initial investment but losing the current value. Or you would have to pay a “disgrace tax” to an organization that is known for funding the advancement of the offended parties i.e. women, monirities, or disgruntled employees

If it’s worth $4B…. then it’s worth $4B… what you people are even talking about?? The punishment is being forced to sell a business that makes a LOOOTTT of money!

Business is business clowns. No real record that speaks to the specifics of what he , Robert Sarver, did. And to say it’s not right for a man to profit from his business dealings is Ludacris.

6:40 Barkley, you threw a guy throw a plate glass window, spat on a little girl, have been arrested for assault and DUI all with a slap on the wrist…There’s no punishment…

Punishment would be him losing a percentage of the sale price

He was forced to sell his team, no one said let’s force him to sell his team at an excessively discounted price. They are mad another white guy bought it. But they don’t want to say that. This is called moving the goal post.

CP isn’t good for this team, there’s a reason that teams started to ship him out towards the tail-end of his career. I think his veteran qualities are way over valued now that he’s getting exposed, and it gets progressively worst in the playoffs when everyone is just picking on the small guy. How do you expect to win when you’ve got the likes of a big body Luka picking on a small point guard. I bet Ayton is just sick of the way the game is played in Phoenix right now, and I don’t blame him. Put him on another team and we’ll see if he’s any good.
