@UkHoopz Rockets, Spurs, Lakers, Boston, Pistons, 76ers, Knicks, even OKC âŠ. Youâre joking, right? You played twice against the two worst teams in the West who will likely stay at the bottom for the rest of the season and you beat a washed-up Warriors squad. The only potential playoff team youâve faced and defeated is Portland.

@SKULLZ3480so? Point is, grizzlies donât get to pick who they play. They were projected by most people to be bottom of the conference. So anyone one of these teams were expected to beat them. Theyâve won 3 by blowout and 3 close out games. Good teams have lost to bad team this year already but the grizzlies havenât. Theyâve played great team basketball and will likely be a .500 team by the end of the year on a 1st year rebuild. Ridiculous by any means

@UkHoopz I donât actually think theyâre a bad team. I just donât think they can keep this up. In my opinion, theyâre achieving results with the squad they have. I donât even think theyâll be among the playoff teams after 30 or 35 games.

They are better than I thought, but letâs be fair, they played the Jazz and Kings twice each already. Thatâs 4 easy wins. Warriors and Portland wins were good. No top team wins yet.

But theyâve still been winning. Donât act like thatâs nothing. Kings have been playing trash teams and lost every game. Obviously the grizzlies havenât been tried against more than one tough team (blew them out btw), but thereâs still something to be said for a young new team coming in so hot. Itâs a good thing. Nobodyâs claiming the grizz are going to the finals this year. But damn, itâs a great start to the season. I swear some of yâall just look for negative things to say.

Spurs had a good record beating them without Wemby last season. They have the best depth aside from OKC. Wembyless games are also the Spurs games I enjoy watching the most. Wemby is a liability by default thatâs why Vassell and the rest almost always have bad stats as they are forced to feed him or run the offense thru him. Wembyâs also the worst closer in competitive games. Would the Spurs reach the finals without Wemby? Absolutely. If the Pistons drafted Wemby, both teams would have faced each other in the recent finals no doubt.
