To me her read in the goal to me is wrong in so many ways, first of all, you can’t ask a defender to pressure hard in a 1 v 1 with no help in sight, second she criticize the defender for not watching over her back shoulder, she was marking the attacker that the other defenders left alone, what happen with Heaps? no responsibility at all?
I can’t believe heaps is still on the starting roster much less the team,absolutely horrible!Just jogging up and letting that player run free to receive that pass and score,she is way past her time to be on this team😡
If USWNT keep playing under this condition , technically out of US high level styles. In next year in Brazil, US can pack and go home in a first round.

Whatever happened to just picking a corner and striking the ball on penalties? The stutter stepping isn’t fooling anyone. The goalkeeper is already at a disadvantage. Stop trying to imitate bad men’s football.
