He makes it look easy lmao. Dude isn’t a human being. It’s all the core work and balance work that separates him from guys who just lift weights. Also he prioritizes conditioning and lower body work. His training and the way he took care of his body has to be put in a Museum for display after he retires. Best athlete ever when it comes to fitness and his workout regimen.

Also he’s 41 so having all that size and trying to keep up with the younger guys is a recipe for disaster. Also on his joints, hips, ankles, feet & back. I’d say he’s probably about back down to his rookie year weight (245) but still bigger than his rookie self.
